Reductions for children

• 30% reduction for children up to 12 years old
• children under the age of 5 can stay free of charge

Short stay extracharge (4 nights and less)

The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.

The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis (at Bauernhof Ohnewein 2 euros per person/night).

The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

• For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
• For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
  
• At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
